UK Govt has published an implantation plan for the student tier of the point based system.Known as Tier 4 the new system will protect the students rom exploitation by unrecognized colleges and ensure that students comply with the term of the visa to study.Now the student will be able to work out whether they have sufficient points to qualify before they make a visa application.This new system will be rolled out gradually from March,2009.
