pilot is the person who operates the aircraft on flight.
He is the most responsible for the passengers ,aircraft when on the board. a pilot should have been familiar with the all the instruments, should be able to interprete the metrological reports, he should be able to take the intelligent decisions on the board in case of the emergency landing.to become a pilot one has to get special training in flying . he should obtain a student pilot licence then private pilot license then obtain the commercial pilot license.

the training cost come to around Rs 10-12 lakhs. to get a commercial pilot license one has to spend appox. 4-5 lakhs however for training in the multiengine the cost of training goes upto 12-15 lakhs
Eligibilty

student pilot license -should have passed 12th standard with 50% marks in Mathmatics and Physics and chemistry should be minimum 16 year of age for private pilot license and 17 year of age for commercial pilot license should have good health and normal eyesight He should have a medical fitness as per the criteria by the Air Force Medical Establishment or the Indian Airforce Medical Centre

with a large number of private airlines have come up,the commercial pilots are in great demand. those with government operated airlines can have their salary of appox. Rs 50,000. however private airlines pay upto Rs 1,50,000 per month
